ORALE is proud to partner with the California Mental Health Service Authority in the annual "Take Action" campaign. As part of California’s ongoing mental health movement, the Take Action for Mental Health campaign is designed to support communities with resources for their mental well-being. At ORALE, we know that mental health resources for undocumented people are scarce. We advocate for health policies that make health access possible for these communities. We also know holistic health programming is critical to immigrants' well-being. We aim to provide immigrant communities with the necessary tools to learn how to self-regulate their nervous system ultimately benefiting their mental health.  The trauma of migration is real for our families. We live with the anxiety and fear of deportation. Health Justice means access to mental health resources for everyone, no matter their immigration status!
